We use a very easy online tagging system. All items must be entered before the database closes on Sept 15 at 9pm. This system makes tag preparation and inventory control a breeze! Here are the steps you should follow to tag your items. Please follow them precisely. It's sad to have to turn away items for improper tagging. 1. Gather your items and arrange them by gender and size. Login to your Consignor Homepage using your seller number and password. Select Work with Consigned Inventory link and begin entering your items. (See example below) You will select a category and size, enter brief description of the item, enter the price, select if you want the item donated if it does not sell, and select if the item should be discounted on Sunday Sept 26 the last day of our sale. All items are to be priced in $1 increments with a minimum price of $2.00 per item! Children's clothes should be sized with number sizes, example, 6 months, 12 Months, 2T and so on NOT S, M, L. You can print your tags either a few at a time as you enter them, or all at once at the end. All items must be entered before the database closes on Sept 15 at 9pm. PLEASE DO NOT SHRINK OR ENLARGE TAGS THEY WILL NOT SCAN. Tags will print 6 to a page of cardstock. Please use CARDSTOCK medium weight (65-67lbs) for your tags. (Available at Staples, Office Max) This heavier paper helps to keep the tag and the item together. Select one of the 'Print Tags' options (Print All Tags), (Print Selected Tags) from our online tagging system. Be sure to turn off any popup blocker you may have running. When you generate tags they pop up in a new window for easy printing. The quality of your tags directly affects your sales. Barcodes printed on standard paper don’t scan. If your printer’s toner/ink is running out, this may be the time to get a new cartridge. If you decide you want to change ANY information (price, donation, 1/2 price option etc.) AFTER printing a tag, a NEW tag will have to be printed. The tags you print are fully filled out and the barcode will be on the tag. Just attach them to your items with a safety-pin, and you are done! DO NOT USE STRAIGHT PINS, CLOTHES PINS, OR STAPLES TO HANG CLOTHES OR ATTACH TAGS.
