Text Box: ONLY FALL AND WINTER Items will be accepted for the FALL/WINTER sale. Fall/Winter Guidelines: No swimsuits, tank tops (even Junior sizes), sun dresses, flip flops, etc.  (Save these for our Spring Sale) Spring/Summer Guidelines:  No heavy coats, sweaters, Christmas outfits, wool pants, snow outfits, turtlenecks, Halloween costumes, etc.  (Save these for our Fall Sale) IF YOU WOULD NOT BUY IT YOURSELF, THEN DO NOT PUT IT IN THE SALE!!! PRICE YOUR ITEMS FOR AN AMOUNT YOU WOULD PAY FOR IT!!! Children's Clothes Clothing must be in excellent condition with no stains or tears, not faded or outdated. Boys and Girls size newborn to Juniors/Preteen size 5 Special occasion clothing Children’s “dress up” outfits and costumes Dancewear and gymnastics outfits Sizing: Do not use small, medium or large for sizes on children’s clothing. If the item is sized this way, please estimate the size in numbers. Clothing is grouped by the following intervals: Newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 124 months, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6, 6X, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, Juniors. The baby section can get crowded, so if you have several Onsies, sleepers, etc, please group them into sets of 2 or more. Limit 12 items per size, per gender, per seller for 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 months & 2T. Children’s Shoes (no adult shoes please) Shoes: Must be in a Ziploc bag (NO BOXES) with the tag Taped to the bag. Tape the bag closed with clear packing tape *****Shoes must be clean, top, inside, and bottom.  They must be in EXCELLENT (like new) condition to be accepted -- no missing shoe laces, scuffed toes, or bad smell. Infants and children’s sizes only We allow size 0 thru 13 and 1 thru 5.No shoes over youth 5 will be accepted Limit 6 pair per seller current season only. (Fall and Winter) Maternity Clothing  Clothing must be in excellent condition and current styles. Limit 12 items per seller Sets or outfits sell better Less than 5 years old S, M, L and XL CAN ONLY BE USED ON MATERNITY CLOTHES Nursery Furniture: MUST BE CLEAN. Westmoreland Sale for Kids reserves the right to refuse Dirty items. Furniture- Baby and children’s furniture must be complete and assembled. Must not of been recalled   Cribs NO DROP SIDE CRIBS WILL BE SOLD! Please check RECALLS! All cribs must have a manufactured date visible on them. ALL cribs MUST be assembled. You will need to do the assembly All hardware must be included. ALL CRIBS MUST PASS SAFTY STANDARDS Dressers Rockers Changing tables Nursery decorations (please package to minimize breakage) Toddler beds Portable cribs Pack n Plays Baby Equipment and Bedding All must be stain free and clean! Bottles, cups, bowls, plates, utensils. No nipples Breast pumps – motors and sterilizable parts   burp cloths receiving blankets bibs lap pads nursing pillows and covers ( boppies) high chairs table boosters Strollers (check recalls please) jogging strollers walkers swings exer-saucers baby carriers baby slings Books, Videos, DVDs, and Games  Electronic toys and equipment: Must have working batteries (and/or charger). Large riding vehicles must be charged before drop off, please disconnect battery. Children’s books Videos VHS and DVD.  Must be originals not copies. Must be in original cardboard sleeve or plastic case. Puzzles. Must have all pieces Game systems (GameCube, Game Boy, Play Station, etc.) and games must be in working order. Game system games (attach to cardboard the place in Ziploc baggie) Home school materials. CD’s and Cassettes.  Toys  All must be CLEAN, Complete and Working. System must be < 4 years old, never recalled and never in an accident. You will need to sign a waiver. Items that will NOT be accepted at Westmoreland Sale for Kids Consignment Sale. Any item that has been recalled. It is the consignor’s responsibility to check for recalls. Bath tubs Potty seats Diaper pails Diaper genies Booster seats Bottle nipples, Pacifiers, Teething rings (unless new in the package) Clothing that is stained, torn, or very faded Adult clothing other than maternity clothes Clothing with pet hair on them Summer clothing Underwear Shoes that are not in excellent condition Items that are broken/missing parts Battery-operated items that do not have batteries in them Stuffed animals (unless battery operated) No items for real pets (cages ,fish tanks). No computers (monitors, towers, keyboards) Happy Meal/Fast food toys Children’s jewelry (due to new lead law) Video/Computer Games marked “Mature” R-rated DVDs Car seats (unless included with a travel system). Must be less than 5 years old and have the manufacturer’s sticker with the date on it Westmoreland Sale for Kids # 1 GOAL IS THE SAFETY of our children . We do not resale recalled or unsafe items. It is the CONSIGNER’S RESPONSIBLITY to check for any recalls prior to the consignment sale and to ensure that their items meet all safety requirements. PLEASE CHECK RECALLS AND SAFETY INFORMATION.
